THE PERFECT GIFT FOR FUTURE DICTATORS!

Somewhere lost among the tall buildings of uncharacteristic Taipa island, the ever growing dormitory of the Macau Special Administrative Region, a peaceful and harmonious land, populated by a handful of valorous people, about 500,000 inhabitants, I came across this precious jewel, on a somewhat uneventful day.

As I approached this put-in-a-coin-toy machine with a mechanical arm and hand to grab a particular chosen toy inside, among all the Hello Kitty’s fluffy Sanrio Toys and similar stuffed items, there it was!

A horrible plaything, spitting image of the Ex-Iraqi Leader, Darth 'Saddam Hussein' Vader, laid among the loving toys, in a Nazi like raised hand position, just like a picture of a strange harem of perverted toys. The perfect gift for future dictators!

Who would think that the Tikrit born Saddam, ruthless and paranoid dictator, genocidal and murderer, caught in a spider whole somewhere in Iraque, was entitled to be immortalized in a toy… Hopefully, there’s also another machine containing the toys of Mother Theresa, Pope John Paul II or Khomeini for that matter…. Or better yet, how about the first king of Portugal, Dom Afonso Henriques…Unfair to Bin!
